Product was great no scratches charges and everything it was one day early from the scheduled delivery date how ever the volume down button at the side is not working the volume up button is working so I can turn it up an adjust it on the screen but that was the only fault which is pretty minor but it was so clean no cracks or dents I am still pretty much satisfied buying something renewed is not going to be always perfect to the T so the down volume button not working is pretty minor otherwise is a great purchase

Very disappointed with the product received. Bought excellent condition, price not really competitive compare to others who also refurbish phones but it came with a warning on the battery. Surely this should have been checked before sending. I couldn't checked the battery health. Looks like the battery was replaced, possibly by non genuine apple part, which is not recommended as compromises the safety feature of IOS software updates and and can cause malfunctioning of the phone, or wasn't install properly..... Sending back for refund is also proven interesting, no QR codes send for royal mail just sticker print out where postage is needed... do i have to pay for postage???? That would be rude.... will keep this post updated when all this is dealt with.
I have bought refurbished phone before and the battery issue should have been picked up when they refurbished it... most likely non genuine apple part.....
