To all intents and purposes this might have been a new phone directly from Apples factory.
The phone was in immaculate condition not a mark or blemish anywhere to be seen.
At 64Gb the memory was more than sufficient for my needs I don’t play games or have dozens of apps.
All I require it to do is make phone calls, send texts and maybe take a few photos all of which it does admirably. The battery health was at 100% what more could you ask for from a phone that cost less than £200. I will most certainly be looking to this company again if and when I am looking to upgrade to something slightly newer. Highly recommended. Thanks.

This is a disappointing purchase
This product was purchased as an emergency purchase for daughter whose previous refurbished phone fell apart. This phone has been initialised but two key issues;1) battery performance is already reduced to only 83%. I don’t therefore consider this to be in excellent condition!!!!!! I know it costs circa £100 to put a new battery in. So it’s not good value at all.2) the phone has an Apple warning message that an incorrect component has been fitted.Very very disappointed and will stop buying reconditioned products for once and for all.Just be honest with people. This is not in good condition let alone excellent as you have stated.Please stop misleading people.

Just be honest with people. This is not in good condition let alone excellent as you have stated.
