Purchased iPhone 11 Pro stated excellent condition. Delivery time was great next day delivery. When opened it had visible scratches on the screen even when phone was switched on you could still see them.Decided to send it back but then thought it is a refurbished phone so decided I could live with it so decided to transfer from my old phone. As everything was starting to transfer I could feel it getting really hot. Once everything was done went to check the battery health as it states it would be no less than 85% it was showing 72% which is less than my old phone which I’ve had for 4 years.Now I have to pay to return it. Now waiting for the company to send me a email on where to return.

When the phone arrived it wasn’t able to receive any service give that it hadn’t been unlocked probably, I had to send it back and the process took 2 weeks to make me get a new and fully functional one, “the support service was alright and very kind” we i finally got the new phone it was in grate condition and on both phones the battery was 80-86% of battery health, could be better!
