I wanted a cheap upgrade from an iPhone 7 Plus. I considered the 12 pro Max but didn’t want to spend £1100+ on a phone that loses 40% of its value in the first 12 months. Hence I opted for the XS Max which I think is comparatively great value for £500 (look at online reviews/ videos etc).

The Package didn’t come in the original apple packaging, but to be expected with a refurbished phone. The phone was suitably packaged and protected so really happy overall.

The Charger + Charging Cable aren’t official apple products. I haven’t used these as I’m sceptical about using unofficial chargers/ cables so I am using the charger and cable from my iPhone 7 Plus. I was expecting to get the official apple charger and charging cable so this was disappointing and something to bare in mind if you don’t already have apple chargers and charging cables.

The phone arrived in excellent condition, no major scratches on the phone itself. There are minor scuffs on the phone screen (barely noticeable). This is to be expected with a refurbished phone and nothing to worry about.

Battery Health is 88% and considering this phone is around 2.5 years old this is really good and as long as the phone isn’t left to charge overnight/ left on when fully charged this should last for a decent amount of time.

The phone itself works as expected (really quick, camera + screen display is excellent, apps work etc.) and syncing from my previous phone was easy. Nothing particular to highlight in relation to phone performance.

Overall I’m really happy with the product after 1 week. I’d definitely consider buying a refurbished phone in the future after this one (Reusing refurbished phones is sustainable and you get a big saving compared to buying new).

If you’re not worried about having the latest phone I’d definitely recommend going for a refurbished phone with Grade Mobile really pleased with the product overall.

Very good phone. Easy to use. I will never go back to use the cheap Chinese phones. I was using them because they were cheaper. In the last three years, I noticed that those Honor,dogee and redme brand phone's charging and processing speed became very slow soon after a major software update and the phones were not usable. I had to return two of them to Amazon as they were within warranty period. I noticed many other people have searched for solutions to these same problem in the internet.My colleagues have been using apple phones without any problems for many years.
Overall I had to decide between spending a bit more money initially, remain worry free for next few years and the second choice of spending small amounts to buy cheaper, less luxurious phones repeatedly every few months but spend more(cumulative) in the long run,go through a lot of hassle of transferring data,or risk of loosing it.
So I opted to buy this iPhone.
Though this is a refurbished products It looked like almost new. Arrived one day before the expected delivery date.
By the way the camera is very good and the photos are much better than my other previous phones.
I hope this works well.

I was sceptical at first buying a renewed phone so I decided to contact the company and they were brilliant and was able to tell me the condition it was in and to my siprise the iPhone might as well have came brand new out of the box the only thing that is slightly different is the battery health but at 92% for a couple year old phone is good and for the discounted price there’s no signs of scratches all the software seems to run perfectly fine Bluetooth calls etc I shall edit the reply at some point in the future if anything goes wrong but I very much doubt it

It all seems to work well, camera is brilliant, face recognition works etc. So I wondered if the screen is original but it has True Tone working on it which is apparently one way of checking if it’s a proper Apple screen. So to say I am happy with this phone is an understatement. A great purchase.

Good price when I bought it but battery inside isn’t recognised as a genuine part so health feature doesn’t work.Screen also stopped responding on one side just over a year after purchase.When opened the glass had come away from the frame and the engineer pointed out it wasn’t a genuine Apple screen either,TrueTone had somehow been copied to it as it did work.Refurb was probably pushing it,more a rebuild.
