I’m an apple fan so I have no bad things to say about this phone’s functionality but what has surprised is the quality of this refurbished phone alongside Amazon’s 1 year return warranty. It looks and behaves like new with no scratches whatsoever, 93% battery health and its oled screen gives such good colours. My old iPhone 8 was great but the stereo speakers on this XS produce much better sound and watching movies is a pleasure (2 1/2 hour marvel movies). Because it’s SIM only I’ve not had to enter into an expensive 2 year contract so the savings just get better.
I read varying reviews on refurbished phones but quite simply if this is what they’re all like, I’ll be buying second hand from Amazon again.

Not very happy with packaging as phone was in a medical backing gold over packing.
And wrapped in four layers of plastic bags. The charging wire was laying on the screen.
And the reset pin fell out and could have been lost if I had not noticed it. If it had not been for missing charger would have given five stars. Granddaughter been playing with it since Christmas no problems.

bought it six months ago and immediately the battery wasn't healthy and began to deteriorate very quickly and in the end would just switch off. arranged to send it back to the seller and when he received it he said that due to the phone being damaged by me, he would not fix it - I had not damaged the phone and the phone was fine when I sent it.
The seller was very unhelpful to the point I had to ask Amazon to step in and help me with the matter which they did.
Be cautious here when buying as you may not get the phone you thought it would be and also guarantee is quickly cancelled when you need to use it.
