I was looking for a desk treadmill, to use while working in front of the computer. I can't find a small one and I encounter this. I thought for the amount, I'll try it. Looking at it, I know it has to have pads on wooden floor. I do have carpet cutoffs that I use on furniture so it protects our wooden or PVC floor.And, YES! It works.

This is a simple rigid balance board. You can’t adjust it and it has a hard plastic base with a bit o texture on the bottom - the top surface is a grit finish like on a skateboard.

You get only the one balance here - no adjustments - you balance the way it wants and nothing else. On tactile or soft floors, it’s very good - on a hard floor like wood or tile be careful as the bottom is very hard and it goes flying if not careful.

On a yoga mat or similar,it works really well and it’s never going to get a leak or go flat.
