Button batteries are extremely dangerous for kids. Normally products that use these have the battery cover screwed shut. This product has a hole for the screw in the body, but not the cover and it's missing the screw. So it has half of the safety feature - not great. It would have been nice to see this fully implemented.Otherwise the product works as expected and I expect will last

I have used this for weighing luggage and it does a good job, but the main thing we use this for is weighing our cats, one needs to lose weight and the other needs watching as he is getting a bit skinny. We pop them in the cat carrier and use the luggage scales to suspend it.

I recently bought a set of these to check my baggage weight prior to going on a ski trip. The scales were easy to use, with a choice of pounds or kilos. They seemed pretty accurate too with a close match to the airline ones. You need to use both hands for heavy bags though and the clip strap is quite short too which might make it harder to use if your bags are an unusual shape.

I’ve used this now a few times on travel and it has saved me from having to paying extra at the airport. In the past I tried my best to balance a suitcase on a scale which I found to be super challenging. I’m happy to say that this is very easy to use and accurate. It is simple to pick up the luggage with the device, of course it will require you to be able to lift your luggage. Comparing the airport scale to what this device read gives me a good indication that this is accurate. The battery life isn’t great though and within a trip I am already replacing the battery.
