Gorgeous as a skirt and could double up as a dress...
This garment arrived in a ziplock bag, to keep it protected. This left it a little creased but I think you could just about get away with wearing it straight away.It's got a really wide, fully elasticated waistband which means it can be worn as both a skirt and dress.Personally, I'll be using it as a skirt. It's lightweight and floaty and there is a lining which comes to knee length on me, meaning no petticoat is required. It skims the ground nicely and looks quite flattering, though the waist is very high (sitting just under the chest).Alternatively you can pull the whole thing up and the drawstring at the waist becomes a halter neck fastening, with the waistband sitting across the bust. That's not a particularly flattering look on me but will create a 2 in 1 garment for some purchasers.It's a polyester/Spandex mix which gives it a floaty feeling with the stretch required.I love the shade of orange too, a great colour to transition all the way from Spring through to Autumn.At £18.99, at time of review, I think it's a good price for such a versatile item which seems of reasonable quality.

When I saw the tiny elasticated waist, I thought it would never fit me (size 14-16) but it does quite comfortably. My issue with it as a skirt is the length as it’s far too long for me at 5 ft 3”. I can wear it as a dress but I have a large bust so it just hangs off my chest and looks awful.
The skirt is lined to stop the 95% polyester sticking to you but there was a lot of static when I took it off.
For £19.99 (at the time of review), I expected a slightly better material so I wouldn’t recommend it.
