The portable printer is so convenient and easy to use. My first print was a bite pale but after I charged it. It was prefect. I would recommend this product. You just need to purchase the single thermal paper and print (no need to worry about cutting or tearing the paper).

The quality of this printer is not very good at all. You must use the thermal pages to print which are flimsy and they quality of the printing is very poor. It is almost blurry. I wouldn't waste the money on this printer. It took over an hour to install the drivers to make it work and actually crashed by laptop (Windows 11) when installed it the first time. I tried to sign the paper you have to use, but it was hard and didn't work very well. It was not be acceptable to the bank this document. Not worth the money!

Look this printer is portable and convenient in nature. But is very limited. And I truly hate that it seems to only work while printing from a portable phone app. It will get the job done, but thermal prints do not last longer term as they fade.
I would not purchase this printer again but will continue to use mine till it doesn't work anymore, but then I will search for a different portable printing solution.

The only issue I had was with some older thermal transfer sheets that bunched a bit during printing. I found that by holding the print taut while it fed through kept it from happening. Takes up no space and is easy to take along, definitely happy with this printer.

Love the small portable design and how lightweight it is. It fits just about anywhere and I take it on the go when I'm out of town. I've never owned a thermal printer but the instructions where super easy to read and follow. I began to use almost immediately without any issues. I used it with my android phone via bluetooth, it connect easily and I printed my first page clearly. Although it it very user friendly and works fast, sometimes the print looks faded. I've been using it for about 2 months and it's a issue that happens a few times. I don't know if others have had the issue or if it was simply mine that is defective.
