Howdy, just got it. Self installed. Easy to do. And there is 2 directions you can flip the main arm. Installing it my way or the opposite. Either or isn't bad. But the gear in which you tighten the bolt. You have to really almost tork it so that regular speed bumps etc won't "drop" the height angle of the mount.
The extended arm does extend, quite alot but really isn't needed.
Vehicle I tested with was a 22/SL Murano.
The dash position was chosen for vertical or horizontal. That way it was adjustable without blocking views or pedestrians.
Genuinely it's a decent product. Fits an otter box case with a note 20 ultra. Which basically size wise, should fit almost every Samsung, google and iPhone models with otter box like sized cases.
Battery cases I wouldn't recommend this for as the clamps themselves are not deep enough for a 6000+ mAh battery case. (Seems likely the fit won't work).
I may reinstall the mounting puck, in order to flip 180 and see how that works in the future.
Overall a good buy and solid. Just something to get used to.
Old mount from iBolt way back, lasted through previous vehicles and just finally giving up the ghost.

The product comes with the phone arm holder which can be attached to the window or dashboard. And much to my surprise, it also comes with the air vent holder! I'm pleased with the options of how you can use the product.

I bought one before and both have proven to be an incredible investment. It mounts on the dashboard securely, and the fact that it’s ultimately adjustable makes this mount perfect for my usage. It did take a couple of mounts before I found this one. I do carry a larger phone with a pretty durable case around it and one of the issues I have had with other mounts I tried was they just couldn't hold the phone well or would detach completely from wherever I had it mounted in the car with even slight bumps in the road. The phone holders are very secure, even on bumpy roads.
This mount is ideal for me as how it holds the phone it leaves the Camera totally clear if I position the arm out of view....
It grips the phone nicely & doesn't just "Fly" out quickly when i press the phone release button ... It slowly retracts & I can rotate it to a horizontal or vertical position dependant on how I want the phone to be .
A nice mount that I'm happy to support my expensive phone that won't drop off the windscreen into my lap whilst on the Motorway !
The arm has not shown any signs of wear after a period of time using the product. And has remained there!!
Love the different viewing angle options offered by the product. This car holder is equipped with air vent clips so that you can choose the right way to use it. We used the suction option and is perfect.
Would highly recommend the product for purchase. Please note I have not used the adhesive or AC vent option.
it's very adjustable and easy to release, and it has a wide base for bigger phones. There are release buttons on both sides of the mount, so I can easily open/close the mount, and it can be adjusted according to the size of different phones. No matter what phone holds in place. Additionally, this unit easily accommodates my note 20 ultra phone, both the size and weight. even has the slot to charge the phone while mounted.
Other brand phone mounts couldn't hold the weight of a Samsung note 20 Ultra phone with a cover. This one can. In fact, it does everything they say it does. I love it.
I love my dash phone mount. It does what it says it will do and it does it well!

The car phone mounts are strongly related to our life safety, vehicle and phone safety. And there are so many one-star reviews look like my misuse, which prompt me to write something to future clients for safe driving on behalf of Maggie for less misunderstanding, also to apologize and encourage Maggie.
Compared with my last cheap mount with smell and broke easily, I fell in love with this mount at the first sight in 2021. I assembled and installed it easily. It did work great as described, and I ordered another 6 for my boat, pickup, office, kitchen, bathroom and 1 for gift.
The story has a perfect start. YRU mount has the advantages below:
👍🏻 1）The Cord Clip！！！ Before I saw this cord clip, I don't know I need it so much. All cords in order bring me a nice mood and driving safety.
❗PS. The cord clip holds my aux cord and my charging cord in place so I don't have to fumble around looking for the cables while driving. It really help safe driving. Only those who truly have customers in their hearts can design this accessory!
👍🏻 2）The BLACK Sucker is super strong to hold my iPhone 14 Pro Max with a phone case, and it can be removed and reused well with no trace left.
❗PS. My friend has a transparent sucker, which became uncomfortable yellow and melted after 5 months, and the 3M Pad going with his product ruined his dashboard. Anyway, 3M is one-time permanent glue. It’s very hard to remove.
👍🏻 3）The Dual Long Release Buttons!!! They really help a lot. I can touch either of them to release with either of my hands easily. What a considerate product designer!
❗PS. My last mount has 1 small release button. Once I put the phone in the mount, the small button was covered and it’s really hard to bend my finger to touch it. What's even more ridiculous is that I am left-handed and I’m used to using my thumb to press the button, but the button is on the left side of the mount. The words are a bit convoluted, once you experienced it you will get it😂. Another reminder, PAY ATTENTION to the distance between the release button and the clamping arms, the sawtooth of clamping arm of my last mount from other brand HURT my finger, and YRU mount is friendly.
👍🏻 4）The long arm really help me to touch the the phone easily.
❗PS. Compared with my last air vent mount, this long armed mount is more flexible at my will. My last air vent mount destroyed my air vent, and it is a little far for me to touch my phone while driving. In addition, the hot air from the air vent heat my phone too much in Winter. Anyway, it’s better to have a dashboard car phone mount.
Let me write more about my experience of using many mounts for further clients.
⚠️1. About 3M Pads Mounts）As a permanent one-time use glue, it often ruin the surface of dashboard easily. I think most of the mounts equipped with 3M pads are old version, and their sucker force are poor. And a good sucker might be Sticky, Traceless, Reusable and Air-sealed as YRU.
⚠️2. About Magnetic Mounts）I did like magnetic mounts, until my phone fell off the mount on the bumpy roads, which almost caused an accident. And I found the magnetic force declined a lot in Summer, maybe the high temperature is not friendly to the magnet.
⚠️3. About Air Vent Mounts）My evaluation after use is Negative, even dangerous. ①The air vent isn't designed for phone mount, and it’s easy to be destroyed by the weight of the mount and phone with case on bumpy road. ②It‘s far for me to touch the phone while driving. ③The hot air from the air vent heat my phone too much in Winter.
⚠️4. About the material of the mount）How much we paid for the materials and production process per product? I have a friend who has a small factory. As I know only logistics fee per mount is about 5 USD for most car mounts. Others costs includes storage fee, platform commission, labor cost etc. That’s why the cheap mounts with low-grade materials are broken easily and have unpleasant odor.
Anyway, pls always put the safety first. It’s better to get a dashboard car phone mount with longtime warranty. YRU has 5-year-warranty. I think it’s a confident and considerate promise, which moved me to trust YRU.
Back to the story. Everything went smoothly until the mount fell off. I felt so angry and sent e-mail printed on the box to blame YRU with the order ID. I am a person who forgets unpleasant things quickly.
One day, I received 3 new YRU mounts inexplicably. I checked my email and Amazon, and found an email of apology with the instructions and sent 3 new different mounts to ensure 100% fitness and was told no trouble to return the old one. What surprised me most is that my email was replied within 10 minutes. Most awkward is that I found they not only sent the instruction before my email but also put it in the user manual in the packaging box. But at the beginning, I thought it’s so easy and no need the instruction.
You can see there are many one-star reviews caused by misuse like me.
For your driving safety, for less misunderstanding, I read the instruction and summarized my usage experience below:
Step 1)If the temperature inside the car＞50℉, the air-condition in car can help.
Step 2)Find a flat surface
Step 3)Clean the surface with Cleaning Kit in the box
Step 4)Press the sucker on the surface for 5 seconds
Step 5)Press the button to lock the sucker
Step 6)Leave it Idle for 3 Hours
Step 7)Ready for use
PS 1. LEATHER dashboard is NOT suitable for ALL Sucker. Pls mount on the windshield or air vent instead.
PS 2. Suction cup can be used multiple times. Rinse it with warm water to recover stickiness.
At this point, I suddenly realized there are many similar misunderstandings in our lives, which affect our mood, family, friends and colleagues. I'm trying to find the root cause:
1. I always feel like I have enough information to make judgments or decisions.
2. I yearn for love and understanding, but I should take the first step actively.
3. Internet promoted communication, but the cost of trust increased.
Days ago, I received 2 mount from YRU because the factory produced 5,000 mounts with cheap material under table. YRU send a replacement to each customers who bought that batch of mounts. But I used it very well, and I think nobody could tell the difference. That’s YRU, I do think they will be a great Brand. After a few communications, Maggie and I became friends. Sometimes we also exchange topics about life and culture.
After experiencing these things in 2 years, now I understood why choosing a brand is more important than choosing a product. The long term behaviors prove that YRU is the brand who always stands behind its products with 5-year-warranty promise.
There is no perfect person or product in the world. Misunderstandings will always exist, but as long as we maintain honesty and communication, misunderstandings will become fewer and fewer, and time will clarify everything. We all aspire to love and be understood and respected, so let's start by choosing to believe and give love.
I haven't written anything for a long time, and this time I unknowingly wrote so much, which surprised me a lot. That's all.

It looks stylish & the phone is easy to sit in the adjustable width cradle, secure & release.
This is the nicest phone mount I've used so far. It feels solid and has a nice finish. There hasn't been much sunshine to test windscreen adhesion yet, but it looks as though I can relax. [Previous mounts I've used have had the nasty habit of dumping their contents at an awkward moment, leaving my phone to leap out at me in an alarming way and descend into the footwell. This is especially unhelpful when relying on the device for directions.]
I attached the holder to my air vent in the meantime (which is rock solid too, I was very skeptical but may end up leaving it there) and messaged the seller to ask if I could buy a replacement dashboard pad. Krista was super helpful and sent me a new one for no charge, which she didn't have to do!
I'll try to clean my dash with something more effective before trying the new pad, but the air vent holder is so effective that it can stay there for now. I love that there's a little switch on the top to secure it to the vent fins. I'm currently using the clamp that attaches to the air vents and it's been brilliant. It's a strong grip on the phone, releases easily, can be rotated so it's landscape or portrait and the gap in the clamp allows you to charge your phone whilst on the move. Very happy.
Great phone cradle at a good price. All components bar one felt solid, the cradle grips both my S21 and my S22.
The clamps to adjust, you can get them really tight so the phone barely wobbles in a lorry.

After looking through reviews this one seemed to be reasonably priced with good reviews. I fitted it in minutes and seems to have a strong suction to the windscreen with plenty of different adjustment to be able to adjust to suit accordingly.
Have used it for over a week without any problems, so happy so far.
Firstly this item came in a very well constructed packaging, which to me shows that the enclosed item would be of good quality. Well after unpacking the item it is certainly very well made and feels in the hand quality.
Upon reading the well written instructions I proceeded to mount in my work vehicle. I wasn’t too sure the location I would be happy with so, I done two mounts. One on the dashboard and one above the centre console, I didn’t even clean the area as I needed to leave for work (dreaded tracker).
Both area surfaces on the dash and overhead are not smooth, so I was worried about if it would hold. Well to my astonishment it works an absolute treat.
The product is very adjustable and fits perfectly my nissan quashqai dashboard even though the dashboard surface is not smooth. The suction power is very strong and the mount it very strong and firm as well. The phone mount surface is rubberised and the grip is exeptional. They also add an extra vent mount for the phone as well with the product. I can't be any happier about the purchase. The retailer also contacted me take sure everything was OK and if I needed any further instruction in order to assemble and install the product.
