Great 2k high refresh rate gaming monitor. Color is good, performance is top notch amongst IPS monitors, no obvious corners cut. Great product, not just because the lower price point, but the whole user experience as well. There are plenty reviews available just google it, it's well deserved a good thumbs up

I've asked for help through amazon. But they were unhelpful. I'm trying to contact seller but can not at this time. Has anyone else had this issue? Volume is up to 60 on this monitor yet still no sound

5.0 out of 5 stars Insane value for money. Mini-led VA is the way to go for console gaming and HDR movies/sports
Reviewed in the United States on May 21, 2024
Size: 27 inchStyle: Miniled QHD 165HzColour Name: BlackVerified Purchase
The contrast ratio is insane on this thing. The highlights are SUPER bright and the blacks are INKY. It takes some getting used to because the blacks are way more dark than on your typical TV or monitor. And the screen gets so bright it can blind you. The backlighting works well and I don't see much halo effect. I've read that is because the VA does not have nearly as bad halos as IP panels. It is a truly immersive experience when playing games on ps5 or watching 4k streaming content on Max. I got it for $300 and I don't think you get even close to it until you spend $800+ on an oled. The problem with oled is it does not get nearly as bright and the panels suffer from burn-in. I am happy with this purchase and plan to keep it until Micro-LED panels are available at the $300 price point. The 144hz is fine for consoles and the 1440p means you can get a consistent 120 FPS from your ps5 or xbox. Kind of a no brainer at this price point. Also, I chose this over the AOC because it has way more backlight zones and KVM for about $20 more.

1.0 out of 5 stars Excellent panel, garbage firmware

The 27" 4k mini led panel is beautiful. Firmware is super buggy and bad. Almost never wakes up properly when my laptop wakes up, so I unplug the usb-c connection and plug it back in every time I wake up my laptop. Or it power cycles every minute when it's supposed to be sleeping. Same issues on M1 MacBook pro and a 2023 Asus gaming laptop. KTC support kept asking for videos and proof and then ghosted me after the return window expired. Avoid this manufacturer.

1.0 out of 5 stars Should have listen to actual purchaser

Some of Amazon reviews are bunched all together, i.e. several different version under/model under one umbrella. This monitor is one of those. I’ve purchased M32P10 version. Majority of reviews are for different size/ver of this monitor but I assumed they would be similar in comments. Yes they were. All the positive reviews were from those that got the monitor via Vine free product review. Most of negatives were those who had actually purchased them with their own $$$.
Now as to what else my version was no good, misleading description and no answer to that issue. The description mentions “HDR1000” but on the actual picture by KTC, it displays certificate by VESA stating this monitor is VESA Certified DisplayHDR1000. But what’s missing is this info on the actual monitor. Box doesn’t mention/display it like all other company that gets VESA certification. The menu system also does not list it as DisplayHDR1000. It’s just “HDR”. I’ve researched online and came across a Reddit that someone has asked KTC for firmware update to this monitor half a year ago but haven’t gotten any response. USA website doesn’t even list this monitor”s support page for firmware.
Second issue is the audio line out 3.5mm is very low volume. I set the monitor setup with volume maxed out at 100 and the external speaker at 100 as well. It’s sounded so low. Previous 5 years old monitors line out was set at 100 and even when the external speakers volume was set at medium. The sound was still too loud for me. KTC monitor audio line out isn’t usable.
I will be returning this monitor within 12 hrs of receiving it. Not taking any chances.

5.0 out of 5 stars Impressive monitor and excellent technical support
Reviewed in the United States on February 2, 2024

This monitor (32" mini-led) is legit. KTC is a legit gaming monitor company. I tried couple comparable monitors from INNOCN before settling on this one. I've been using this monitor for about a month and it's been flawless.

Good QC, no dead or stuck pixels. I hope the monitor will last for years. I don't switch monitors often. Black and nondescript build.

Packaging is excellent. It arrived with an outer thick plastic wrap so the box was not scratched up or damaged. You don't have to flip the box upside down to take out the monitor. You simply open the box by lifting the lid...like opening a laptop. I appreciate this because it's a big monitor.

A single joystick to navigate the menu with shortcuts to access often-use functionalities such as brightness, volume control and input select. The innocn monitors that I tried had multiple buttons and were awkward and less intuitive to use.

The included stand is solid and sturdy.

Technical support was quick and knowledgeable. I usually get a response within 24 hrs.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent OLED monitor for the money
Reviewed in the United States on November 22, 2023

First things first, this is an OLED panel, so keep in mind the tech’s downsides like burn-in and low SDR max brightness. Other than that, the visuals are amazing. I thought a matte finish would bother me, but it is not as bad as I thought (albeit, I would still prefer a glossy finish). It gets plenty bright in HDR, and doesn’t have an intense gamer aesthetic, which I appreciate.

The OSD has no major issues for me. When I set the OSD to fast mode, it still has a slightly annoying delay to pop up, but nothing terrible. I would say it’s not difficult to navigate. Though one weird decision they made is that to disable ABL, you need to enable the reader preset, under Display, which doesn’t seem very obvious or intuitive.

I have no comments on the KVM feature as I have little interest in that feature.

Quick Note: The bezels in the promotional pictures are edited to be smaller than they actually are. The real life bezels are still small, but nowhere to the degree found in the pictures.

Overall, I think this is an excellent monitor for a great price (particularly right now for $600). However, it is to be seen how this monitor holds up or bugs out over time, so I will update my review accordingly if such things occur.
