I didn’t expect this expensive item to arrive in a damaged box that appears to have been dropped, inside the packaging was damaged and the styrofoam was broken. Still took it out and plugged to see that iron was leaking. Now it’s impossible to put it back in the box as packaging is demaged as well. I’m looking for compensation because this item is very difficult to return. I just don’t know how to get discount without returning item!

Let me tell you about this steam iron— it's fantastic! I was quite hesitant when it promised to halve your ironing time, but it really delivers. It is not cheap, and so many times, you get what you pay for, and I believe this is one of those times. I always have buyer's remorse when spending money, but after using it, my remorse vanished just like the wrinkles. I became addicted to steam, so at least for me, it will not last for four hours on a single tank, but my old iron did not either. The only thing I would change is to make the cord from the tank to the iron longer. I have two guest rooms, and I use it to smooth out the comfort after washing them. It adds that finishing touch.

This is my 4th Rowenta steam machine. I iron everything but my underwear and this is the best ever. Every time I get a new one it is better than the last. Also, more expensive. If I could change one thing it would be to make the water tank clear so I can see how much water is in it. The dark tank looks cool, but being practical would be better in my opinion. For a person who really enjoys ironing, this is a great iron! Once over 1200 count cotton sheets makes them feel and look great. My motto is, if it will look/feel better when it's ironed ... I iron it! Spend the money ... it's worth it.
