Works great for the price
Super happy with this purchase. Water pressure is great and has three settings, clean, soft and massage. Also came with a lot of extra attachments including 2 water piks, a sulca brush (orthodontic tip), a periodontal tip and a tongue scraper. Cons are it only has a USB charging cord but not the plug which I’m not concerned with as I have plenty at home. Also the plastic seems like it might be on the cheaper side so hoping it holds up to the test of time. Product comes with a 2 year warranty though that you can activate upon receipt. Overall super happy as this is 50 dollars cheaper than the name brand in store just might update my review if it degrades quickly or doesn’t last very long. Thanks!

So here is the deal... It has some good and bad features in my opinion.
Here is what I think bad features is it seems like the pressure is inconsistent. Sometimes I use it and it's too powerful and hurts my mouth. Sometimes it feels like not enough pressure and it's not cleaning well.
Second bad feature is the water tank isn't large enough to do my whole month so I need to refill it part way through the process.
Third bad features is the on button is really sensitive and when trying to slide the water tank on I have accidentally started the machine and hosed down my bathroom.... On more then one occasion 😆
Fourth bad feature is the water tank slide on and often doesn't want to line up well and takes multiple tries for me to get it right.
Good features it holds a long battery life and doesn't need to be charged often.
It seems to clean well when the pressure is good and leave my mouth feeling refreshed.
Like it came with multiple heads so you can share the unit with family members.
Last note is for anyone with tonsel stones that thinks using this unit is a good idea.... It's not. From personal experience it made my throat bleed as the pressure was too high.
The product is okay but I am not completely satisfied with it.
