No complaints overall, good choice for on the go travelling and provides more than enough data use. So far there have been no problems with the data speed and the unlimited data is very worth for the price. Activation was simple enough and the unlimited talk and text is certainly useful, though keep in mind unlimited calling is restricted to the North Americas while you can text to over 100 countries! What a steal, definitely buying again in the future.

Ordered this as an alternative to paying the impressively exorbitant BELL fees for international roaming. Only reason it doesn't get five stars is because AT&T is very picky about what phones connect to their network. It wouldn't allow an older unlocked Google XL or a new BisonPro 10 but was okay with the Samsung Galaxy we had. Tech support for a guy who is becoming more computer challenged was great and very accommodating. Stayed with me the whole time I set it up. Service was great all over most of the U.S. but spotty in Nebraska. Used less data than we thought we would as open WiFi is becoming more common.

Previously we used a T-Mobile unlimited USA card which worked great on the phone with the SIM but found out that if you hotspot the phone, the phones connecting to it were brutally slow.

With this AT&T Unlimited Max card, the hotspot works as expected and is fast for everyone.

This is a travel sim and will not work with other model if phones that are not modified as per America, if one is traveling then one would not have a American phone, so AT&T will not work on that phone, my phone is compatible with 5g and even listed with AT&T network but the model number is not similar to the USA version so the sim doesn't work on that phone, veru rigid, I had to buy a T-Mobile and I wad able to uae the same phone on T-Mobile.

I wanted to be able to communicate when being three week in Oaxaca State, Mexico.
ESim was an option, but slightly more expensive than the 15GB Sim from Giant Tree at $52.
I activated it from YUL Airport as I was leaving, but forgot it needed 2-days to activate….
**ACTIVATE IT AT LEAST 2 DAYS PRIOR NEEDING IT**
It was clearly written within the instructions, but I forgot, my bad.

Then, I had some minors issues and emails the company. I got answers within minutes, along with phone calls and texts to ensure everything was working fine.

From all the time I was in Mexico, I could use my phone, make local phone calls, text as I wanted, phone to USA or CANADA; it was like being home!

Doing #777# on your phone pad should provide you with the used/remaining data.
