We got this for my 10 year old, he loves space (well they all do)! Easy to install come with a small instruction guide, but really it's fairly simple to go through the settings. Multiples different lighting options! The other brothers were jealous had to purchase for the other bedroom!

Very calming to look at, Smooth changes throught the lights, stars, and galaxies. You have your own northern lights show every night!

We have 4 different Star projector (Astronaut, Dinosaur Egg Galaxy Star 3.0, Generic Star projector and this Mecha Warrior). It is much better then the Astronaut which we no longer have. Build quality is very good. The Eggshell Galaxy Star projector 3.0 is brighter and covers more. The design of the Mecha make it stand out. You can see the size comparison with the controller holder figure. Overall, we love it!

Its a very good quality Chinese product and was well packaged. First the cons : the astronaut doesnt fit well into the moon rock stand. It has fallen over a few times and you really have to push to get it in, and even still its unlcear if it will hold - this is why I didnt give it 5 starts. The austronaut will not stand dependibly without the moonrock. Though they could be screwed together pretty easily if you wanted to. Otherwise, it is great. The nebula doesnt spread as far as some other we've had but for a small room for a child or office it works great. This thing has a ton of laser points and keeping them out of eyes is super important. Probably best to place this on a bed side table or window sill pointing away from your child and make sure the laser spread is above sleeping height. This device does not have music but does have a remote and buttons on its backpack that allows you to toggle off the laser and just run the nebula, you can set laser pulse speed and brightness, you can change nebula colour speed and brightness and set a timer. The head attaches to the body magnetically and stays in any position you put it in without slippage which is a great relief with all those lasers. The power cord it comes with is usb A to usb C so you will need a USB adapter to plug it in and 2x AAA for the remote. Overall this is a decent product for the price, and most importantly the kids will love it!
