Had it 4 months. Camera will no longer focus and screen has a spot starting to discolor. Customer service hasn't replied to any of my questions either. Second phone from this company and probably my last.

Had to buy this phone on in a hurry due to the fact I would be up north for January. My previous phone died after only 2 months. Just knew l wasn't buying that particular brand.
This phone survived being out in -40 weather, being dropped in the snow, being dropped down a flight of stairs and it came out with no scratches and still operating flawlessly
Good camera, good speakers and connects to wifi and Bluetooth easily
Highly recommended. This is a great phone.

The big speaker is loud but dirt or metal dust is getting into it, and the speaker doesn't sound As good. It would be very difficult to clean it. Sofar it works as expected. The flash light is very useful. It pretty good.

First I am a Public mobile customer. The phone worked from October 2023 till some updates in spring 2024. No issues an I loved that phone. I started getting issue with network not sending pictures through Google messages. Well ok it might be my SIM card. So I ordered two new sim card because I love to have a spare one. Called my provider to switch everything over. Phone still not working on data. Then I used the Ule phone app to send a request to customer service. They reply very quickly. Ask for my problems and this and that. Then transferred me to Amazon Ule phone customer support. They ask me to flash my phone with some files. Then I went to the store and got an iPhone. But in the mean time I used the armor 22 that is supposed to go underwater. Since I don't need this phone anymore I said let's take pictures in the lake for fun. Well as sooner as I dipped it in the water it took pictures. But tried to watch a video an hour later then speaker wouldn't work. To all customer, support americain and Canadian companies. Chinese products and customer support is the most terrible choice you can make.

This phone is amazing, I have no idea how it is so cheap. Battery is twice the size as the newest top tier phones like Samsung and iPhone, screen is beautiful. Sound quality is super loud so video calls are a breeze to hear and music comes in crisp. Very strong and rugged but with a nice design. Hardly a phone that will break anytime soon, I have a feeling it's gonna last till I want a different one. Must get this phone if on a budget and don't wanna fork out $1500 on a phone with a name everyone knows. This phone is the way to go. And remember, the early bird gets the worm, but the early worm avoids the bird.
