Still thinking of the tripods and monopods from the era when they were big and heavy, as demanded by bigger and heavier cameras of the day, I was pleasantly surprised by the small size and light weight of this product. It can be extended and collapsed without any screws or clams, just by the friction. It has ¼-20 threads on both sides – female on the bottom, where you can connect the included wrist strap, and male on the top, to attach the camera or an additional mount.
A buckle mount for GoOro and similar action cameras is included; if you would like to attach a phone and be able to point it where you want (like: towards yourself), you’d need something like

also made by ATUMTEK. For a stand-alone camera - if the objective is just to stabilize it for a long exposure time, you may simply crew it in directly to the stick; if you want to aim it at yourself, you’d also need a mount, e.g. something like a

Atumtek's 4.2 foot invisible selfie stick can be interchanged with all of my photography equipment. I used it to top off one of my homemade sticks to help me extend it to capture a shot off the roof to see if it needed repairs. It's a nice quality stick with a comfortable non-slip grip. Tiene una muy buena medida de largo con hasta 150 cm y se queda en casi nada cuando la recoges.
Otra cosa que me gusta mucho, es el sistema que usa para extenderlo o encogerlo, sin necesidad de girar ni nada, simplemente sacas con un poco de fuerza y lo mismo para meterlo. Es bastante ligero, y la empuñadura es gomosa para que no patine.
Te viene con un accesorio para colocar otras cámaras tipo Gopro y también con correa para colgarla.
El precio me parece muy justificado.
