This was the very first Bluetooth set I’ve ever bought and it’s really easy to use!! Took me a minute to figure out how to install it into my helmet but after I got it sorted out it’s great! The sound quality is really quite good and it’s super easy to use on the bike flipping between songs.

The only downside I have is that there’s a significant delay in doing volume up and down. You have to hold it for a while and if you don’t hold it long enough it sometimes it changes the song instead. Just a little annoying sometimes. But overall, great value for the price! Really good set!

The functions of this system is incredible! We absolutely love it. Intercom is very clear even at highway speed as long as the mike is out of the wind. For a full face helmet, it’s of course easier. The functions are pretty cool too but it’s a big list to remember how many pushes of the button you have to do to get where you want to be. It’s almost a 5 star system for my wife and I. The mike wire is a little too short for a full face helmet. Needs to be only another 2 inches longer to have the mike in front of your mouth. When you power the system on, you must pair them every time for the use of the intercom. Minor inconvenience but not would be better if it could remember the previous setting. For music, it’s definitely loud enough but the quality is a little behind.
Other than that, I would recommend to others that this is a great product at a great price!!

First, for the price the device does a good job. However, the battery level is read incorrectly and provided to the user both with bluetooth connection or audio messages incorrectly. I started my ride with 70% battery as shown on my phone but within an hour I received battery low message and 1 minute after the message the device turned off. So, if you do not remember how long you used it since the last charge, you have to charge it no matter what. In audio interface, it keeps saying battery full until you are left with only 20 minutes of charge.

The listing says 10 hour music, it is 5 hours at best.

If you do not enable your phone's bluetooth at the correct time, it goes into pairing mode.

With my phone in my right pocket and the device attached to the left of the helmet, sometimes there is short connection issues while listening to music. May be solvable with the phone on the left pocket.

Went through light rain, still functional. Not sure about heavy one.

Finally, check price history. The price fluctuates a lot!

I purchased a duels pack of these intercoms for my fiancé and I. I wasn’t sure how much we’d use an intercom, so I wanted to go for something that had good reviews but wasn’t $250 per unit. We’ve had the intercoms for around 9 months now. The intercom feature is pretty good, even at highway speeds. I’ve used mine in a half helmet and full face, both setups are nice. Phone calls are clear and others can’t tell you’re on a motorcycle. The speakers get loud, but it can be hard to hear music at highway speed regardless. They are mostly easy to connect to intercom, sometimes we run into an issue, but it is usually resolved by turning one unit off and back in. Overall, I’d say these intercoms are a great purchase for the price, and if you aren’t sure on if you’ll use an intercom enough to justify buying an expensive one, these are a great start to using intercoms.

I received the FX6 on time. Installed it with little difficulty. Paired it with my IPhone. Took off on a ride turned on my playlist. At 80mph on I 10 the sound was good enough that I had to actually turn it down a bit. However the right speaker has a buzzing and crackling noise. I emailed the address on the instructions and they claimed they respond within 12 hours. I emailed them @ around 1 am and by 5 am I already had a response. I explained the situation. They asked for the Amazon order # for proof of purchase and i received an email telling me that a new speaker system was on its way. I understand that these things happen and because of their awesome customer service i am still going to give them 5 star review.

My fiancé and I both have modular helmets and these coms work great! Good sound quality & can speak with each other while riding. We put the microphone behind the cheek padding. (See picture.)
It's a little confusing on getting them connected but once they are it's easy. I love that we both can listen to our own stuff then 1 press of the power button and it'll connect our coms so we can talk to each other! Definitely recommend for the price!!
