I'm coming from a Samsung 20 which broke and I couldn't afford a new one. This phone is awesome. I've been on it all day setting it up and everything and it's only on 71% and I have barely put it down! It has really cool apps and features. Has an under water camera and a tool bag which has settings for picture hanging and all kinds of cool things. It has emergency lights and sos lights so much cool stuff. If I could rate this higher then 5 stars I would. For the money, this phone is way well worth it.

I can't use a regular set of headphones/earphones or even connect them via Bluetooth?!? So I had to purchase a specific brand of earphones, which, I don't even like earphones. Ordered them and it's taken almost 2 weeks to arrive and they were expensive in Canadian dollars!

Extremely slow phone, I get that at this price point, I can't expect much. This phone has frozen on me multiple times even when simply picking up a call or unlocking the screen with no apps running. Does not support android auto, programmable side button is far too sensitive. Very frustrating, battery is decent.

I didn't even know rugged phone was something until Amazon recommended this in my app. This phone is very tough and durable. It's a little heavier than my S23 Ultra buy not as fragile by any means. The screen is very good size and resolution. It's responsive but not super fast. Although everything is great for the price. I'm specifically impressed with the battery that lasts forever. The dual sim alongside three card slots is very handy. I'm not constantly worried about breaking my phone. I only wish I had known about this before I paid over $1700 for my current phone which is very fragile but a little faster than this phone.

Per necessità lavorative (ambito metalmeccanico), dopo quasi 5 anni di Huawei mate 20 light (infinito!) ho deciso di prendere un rugged... A parte il mezzo chilo, che sapevo prima di comprarlo, il telefono sembrava davvero fatto bene. Per soli 260 euro ho preso questa mattonella con una batteria da una settimana. Non l'ho mai maltrattato più di tanto, ripeto per 5 anni ho usato lo Huawei di cui sopra facendo lo stesso lavoro ed utilizzo. E dopo neanche 8 mesi in cui è andato benino (qualche impuntamento random ed ogni tanto poca rete) si frigge l'auricolare. In pratica era impossibile parlare con il telefono all'orecchio, gracchi continui e fastidiosi.

Per fortuna il super servizio clienti di Amazon mi ha fatto fare il reso con conseguente rimborso. Ripeto, dopo 8 mesi dall'acquisto.

Ora devo ricomprare un telefono, sicuramente NON rugged.

The phone arrived well packaged. As it is a waterproof phone it has covers for all it ports, and I initially had difficulty getting the cover for the sim off, but then I spotted that the sim ejection tool came with a helpful extension on it and using that made the job a lot easier.
For it's price it is an amazing beast.
The phone itself is very responsive, with a decent 8gb of ram with the option of another 8gb of virtual memory. I ran it without the virtual memory with quite a few apps open without any noticeable slowdown.
The 6580mah battery seems to last forever, and can be used to charge other things (it ended up charging my old phone while using a USB lead to transfer stuff).
It seems well protected from drops and knocks, and is waterproof so not too worried about having it on me when doing DIY.
The camera is good for a phone of this price and takes reasonable photo's.
The customizable side button is a great feature which makes it very easy to do things with one hand.
Its not too heavy and is only a bit thicker then my old phone.
It also comes with a set of interesting tools such as a sound level meter and picture hanging tool etc.
Overall I am very happy with this phone.
