This product looks and feels strong. The only thing, not a big deal that I don’t like when I got it is the packaging. The screen had stickers on it and one where the usb-c opening is. That supposed to do is help you pull to separate the screen and back part. Too small for big hands or any hands. Didn’t use it and doesn’t work, so waste time to try. Stickers on screen were on the screen and the glue was a bit left on screen so I had to clean the best way I could before putting it on the phone. And even then had some residue on it. Barely noticeable. Should pack screen and back part separately not together.Other then that no issues. So will recommend it.Update 1:I have used it now for a bit. I just got disappointed now. Should be scratch less and protector has visible scratches. Screen now is a bit lifted and seems like there’s water inside. Where the speaker/dynamic island is.Want to remove the case and clean it but is hard. Don’t want to break it but may need to or may happened without wanting it.If that happens then will lose more stars…recommend it. Not sure. Looks tough but over time may not be a good buy.Update 2:After my last update (Update 1) I was contacted by Seacosmo and told them the issues with their product. They offered a free replacement since the one I got was defective. Although to get the free I had to purchase again, and they have began the process of refunding the money (I haven't gotten the money back yet, which it takes time to get into my account I guess so in a couple of days will check again). This replacement should arrive today.This showed that they care about their products, so brought the star rating to four. Will recover the 5-star after I try the new replacement. Overall I'm pleased with all the process. They care about their product and customer satisfaction.

I’ve been using front and back covers for a while (on a diff phone), and this one is pretty good - well fitted, easy to tap, and protects the phone. Not too crazy about the camera cover being a stuck on one with a gap between that and the back cover, but at least it’s thick (would’ve preferred built into the back cover) but overall really good 👍🏼

First off I have to say that the customer service from Seacosmo was excellent. I accidentally cracked the front screen so I got in touch about whether I could purchase a replacement for the front half of it. They had me order a whole new case and then refunded me once I sent them the new order number.
Very happy with that.

As far as the case itself goes, it’s well made, sturdy and a good price. There is one thing that I hate about it though- the buttons. The Sleep/Wake button cover must be too tight on the phone as quite often just lightly touching it with my finger WITHOUT pressing makes the phone go to sleep. That’s proven to be very annoying.

Another major issue is that the Volume Up and Down button covers are right close together with barely any defined difference between them so literally every time I want to increase the volume I have to run my finger up and down trying to determine whether I’m about to press Volume Up or not. They need more space between them and to be the same shape as the actual iPhone buttons (they have a weird angled shape on the ends). I also wish they stuck out a bit more so it’d be easier to quickly find and press them.
