This is a fairly decent 120mm DC/12V fan that's well-constructed and works as expected without issue. It comes fully accessorized with 2x fan grills, 8x rubber feet, and mounting screws (long/short). This is a standard sized 12cm fan with 38mm height that should fit just about all standard fan slots where applicable. One of the best features is undoubtedly the speed adjustment feature that it offers and (again) it works fairly well given the circumstance although it would've been that much better if it can be powered (or at least has the option to be) by USB-C instead of ordinary DC/barrel connector via an AC/DC adapter (that I just have way too many with).
The physical build quality is fairly decent and it's on par with most other quality DC fans out there. It obviously has a plastic frame although it doesn't necessarily feel cheap or flimsy (a few others that I've come across do). In fact, it feels rather sturdy and can probably take a beating (within reason). I should also mention that the AC/DC adapter is ETL listed (5003784) which is a pleasant surprise. Btw, it is NOT quiet (perhaps except the 2 lowest speeds) at all at the highest speed(s) and you shouldn't expect it to be, given its max rotation speed (3000 RPM) and air flow (145 CFM).
It comes with the usual fan grills and mounting screws (long/short) as well as rubber feet which I do appreciate especially not all of 'em would include these. Similar to many others that I've come across, this particular fan is also powered by an AC/DC adapter and although it works just fine given the circumstance, I would've preferred it to be powered by a USB-C at this point in time (or at least the option to do so) to minimize yet another DC adapter of which I have way too many.
It offers 5x speed adjustments which is fairly decent although a few others that I've come across offer stepless variable speed adjustment via a knob which is even better. A single click of the power button turns the fan on/off and the + and - button increases or decreases the speed; nothing fancy here. Note that it DOES remember the last speed used and that's indeed (again) a pleasant surprise although some people might find it annoying but I do prefer that actually. Btw, it uses standard 5.5x2.5mm DC/barrel connectors so extension cables are easy to find if needed.

All things considered, this is a fairly decent 120mm DC/12V fan that's well-made and works as expected without issues although I wish it can be powered by USB-C instead. It comes fully accessorized which I do appreciate especially with the rubber feet that many others don't have as well as an ETL listed AC/DC adapter. It's reasonably priced at $28 for what it provides and its overall build quality, features, versatility, and performance.
