2.0 out of 5 starsReminder that these earbuds don't cost very much

I received these earbuds yesterday and immediately I felt skeptical about them. For the price, they have some very good points, however for the most important ones, it felt short.
1. Sound quality. Let's go with the most important part first, sound quality. For their size, the bass is amazing. However, the treble was really not all that great. Overall the sound was also not very clear. This is my main reason for returning the product.
2. The buttons. There is this sort of touch screen on each earbud to adjust volume, or skip track, pause / play etc. This is honestly the greatest feature on these earbuds for the price, as the traditional push buttons are usually one of the main failure points of basically any technology. Having touch screen buttons makes the earbuds last longer in time with one less failure point. However, the problem is that these touch screens on each earbuds is so big that whenever you adjust your earbud in your ear, you end up putting your finger on the touch screen, consequently accidentally adjusting the volume or pausing your music, etc. Therefore this is a big design flaw, unfortunately.
3. Overall quality. Super good, honestly. Physically speaking, it really doesn't look like some 30$ earbuds. The case and earbuds design is smooth and all shiny, that's the part I love the most about them.
4. Pairing bug. When using it at home I didn't have any issue with the earbuds, however when walking outside in public, sometimes the music would just stop for a second, then start back. I'm unsure what's going on but my best guess is that it's somewhat trying to pair with other phones or something, I'm not sure. In all cases, it wasn't a very enjoyable experience to have your music stop dead every now and then.
So yeah, that's pretty much it. I'm unsure of what I was expecting at that price. It definitely LOOKED good, but it looked like the focus has been put on the wrong things for this product. I definitely liked the idea of touch screen buttons, but it was poorly implemented. And for the sound itself, well, I'd rather pay for something ugly that gives me the best sound above something that looks so crisp with a below average sound.
