I am quite disappointed with its performance so far. The most significant issue I've encountered is that the Windows Hello facial recognition feature simply does not work. This is a major inconvenience, as I was relying on that functionality to quickly and securely log in to the device.

Even more problematic is the fact that the front-facing camera and microphone also do not seem to be functioning properly. This has made it very difficult for me to use the laptop for video calls, which is a key requirement for my new role. I've tried troubleshooting the camera and audio, but nothing I've done has resolved the problem.

Overall, the hardware and design of the Galaxy Book 4 seem decent enough, but these critical software and hardware failures have really detracted from the user experience. I'm quite disappointed that a device at this price point would have such basic functionality issues out of the box.

If you're in the market for a new laptop, I would hesitate to recommend the Samsung Galaxy Book 4 unless Samsung has resolved these problems with a firmware update. For now, it seems this model is not living up to expectations and may not be suitable for professional use cases that rely on a working camera and microphone.

Don't get it honestly

I ordered this the battery was fine I used it once it was charging to 100% and it hasn't been plugged in 24/7 unless it needs to be charged I've been trying to charge it for 3 days but it won't go past 75% I've done everything google has said I have a lot of storage so it's not that I am very disappointed by this I paid $1000 that is now wasted and can't return it .
