1.0 out of 5 starsPhenomenon - Attach stingy mouthpiece to balls <-- well, that's totally useless?!?!?

Don't waste your money! Costco has better ones, that are cheaper than the "$50 deal" + coupon for Father's day.
I got this for Father's day and we jumped on the bikes, went to buy a volleyball and picked the fully charged Inflator with us thinking we're covered for almost every situation.
New balls are not inflated, so perfect opportunity!
Well, we got the "stingy mouthpiece" from the little plastic envelope and started to figure out what this thread was designed to screw into. We failed, so we went to read the manual - fortunately, I had the whole box with me. Big manual shows 99% advertisement of how better this product is than anything else in this world but had nothing useful about the attachment or the stingy mouthpiece, or what goes into what to inflate our volleyball. There was a smaller manual with super small print that kids managed to read but said - nothing about attaching the so-called stingy mouthpiece. There was a "Phenomenon" in both manuals but there was no "Phenomena" section about "attaching the stingy mouthpiece to balls".
Amazon app had again marketing videos uploaded but nothing showing what goes where if you want to pump up a ball.
We have up on the thread and just stuck the "stingy mouthpiece" into the tube, pressed Ball, it showed 8PSI and we let it do its job. It did nothing unless we were holding it all together with 4 collective hands and when it did eventually start to put air in, it went up to 8PSI and auto-stopped. Great, but it stops and immediately shows 6.2PSI. Pressing the start button makes it work for a second, just to show 8PSI, auth-shuts off and shows 6.2PSI. We gave up. The ball was good enough to enjoy the weather and play, and we were all frustrated with that Phenomenon inflator :(
The worst part - I tried to pull the "pull the stingy mouthpiece out of ball" and I could not. Kids couldn't do it. Trying to unscrew didn't do anything, either. I threw it in the car all connected and now that I'm home, I used pliers to pull it out.
Thought before I ship it back I try to seek support. Clicked on the Amazon.ca link for support and got "This item is not eligible for this service".
Well, all I can do at that point is ship it back and warn you that even if you believe that this is one Phenomenal Inflator, it's nothing more than junk.
Hope you enjoyed our Father's Day better than not purchase something so bad to spoil it for you, too!
