1.0 out of 5 starsUseful but doesn't charge at PD apeeds

Arrives with a nice carrying case and appears to be well built. Fan powers on when in use (to keep the battery pack cooler) but after a week of use I've already noticed it always shuts off if I try to charge it using a different battery pack and (for my laptop) not exceed an output of 45W (despite claimed 65W).
My phone supports 45W PD charging but only measures up to 20W. For $129.99 I'd expect this to support the claimed charging speeds given that the benefit of carrying this battery pack around is the (potential) ability to leave brick/wall chargers at home.
The claimed 17000mAh also seems suspect as I used a fully charged battery to charge an (advertised 10000mAh battery to 40 percent) and the portable power bank also dropped to a 40 percent indicated charge. (0.6*27000mAh works out to 16200mAh which suggests my portable battery pack should have been fully charged.
This makes me question the claimed capacity of this power bank (or the quality of the cells) as the numbers do not support claimed capacity nor input/output abilities are not consistent (with the power bank turning off with certain chargers vs. others).
If I want reliable charging speeds I need to use the AC plug combined with additional chargers (defeating the purpose of this power bank). On paper this sounds phenomenal, in practice it falls short in multiple areas.
I recognize there are more expensive (similar advertised capacity power banks) available but given the lack of any claimed warranty and the huge discrepancy in terms of claimed abilities and battery capacity I cannot recommend this product.
