3.0 out of 5 starsNOT for business use

The company has reached out to me and has offered and "upgraded" version. Unfortunately, it still does not work with my Microsoft Surface 7 Pro but it shows that they are motivated to improve their product. Since it works well with other products like phone and tablets, I have upgraded from 1 star to 3 stars. Should they produce a product that works with the Surface Pro, I will update here again.
So, this is the second INIU power bank I have tried. The first one was the smaller brother/sister, B-63 yet neither of them charge my Microsoft Surface Pro 7+ thru the USB C port, the Surface Pro series being the preferred choice for most business people on the go. Obviously, the Surface doesn't need more than 140W power to charge, so it must be a charging communication protocol issue, although this one says is't PD and QC3.1. I guess, they didn't pay the Microsoft licensing fee?? On YouTube this unit has received stellar reviews but ALL of them were using Macbooks to charge. Makes sense, as most content creators use a Mac. Well, now you have the viewpoint of a business man, and any INIU can NOT get the job done. You are wondering if something is wrong with the cable or my computer? Using the same 140W rated USB C cable on a Anker 737 it charges right up. The same setup on the INIU only generates a message saying "PC isn't charging, use recomended cable and charger." Never once did I get this message on the Anker nor on another branded, Cheapo 65W charger that also works just fine. Be warned, Surface Pro users.
