5.0 out of 5 starsBudget controller that packs a big punch

Finally 3rd party companies are giving us features that the oem can't seem to wrap their head around.
You are getting pro controller features for budget controller prices. Gone are the days of giving the guest the "crap controller"
This may look like a xbox controller. But is actually a PC/nintendo switch controller.
For $50 you're getting
- two mappable back buttons
- hall sticks (drift resistant)
- customizable leds (looks amazing)
- turbo functionality
- ab/xy swap
- hair trigger mode
- mechanical face buttons
All these features can be used right on the controller with the mode button
The only cons I take issues with are nitpicking things.
- it's wired (not a problem for me because I plug it into a usb port on my desk.)
- the usb c port design. It's shrouded in plastic so chances are your custom cable will not fit unless its really low profile and you'll have to use the one with the controller granted the one that comes with it is generously long.
- the mechanical face buttons feel different to a "mouse click" you'd find on something like a eswap pro S. It feels more like clicking a pen. Which some people might find a tad weird.
***the software***
Please do not download the software from the windows store. Get it directly off gamesir's site. For some reason windows would constantly connect and disconnect the controller and the app wouldn't recognize it. Downloading directly from gamesir gave me a different version that works totally fine and opens up more customizable options such as stick dead zones adjustments.
All in all if you don't mind wired controllers and can put up with the feel of the face buttons. It's a solid 10/10 in features, price and looks.
