5.0 out of 5 starsit's better than other scooters in this price range

I got this scooter last summer in August.
While it promises up to 65km riding range, since i'm a bit over 100kg, I was getting less range, about 33-37km. Not great but better than all other scooters in that price range I've tried so far, even Segway Max 30P (that is even more expensive but only 350W motor).
I like that this unit has 500W motor, it could take me up most of the hills other 350-450W scooters couldn't.
However when i unpacked it after winter, it's performance has dtopped significantly, I'm only getting 26-28km max of riding range even in exo mode, which is way below that it should be!
This is quite depressing.
The seller was nice enough to send a replacement battery, but it dodn't make a difference at all. So after less than 3 months of active usage it's not performing properly, which is pretty sad.
Update: i would like to give a credit for the excellent customer service, the seller is working hard to get this issue resolved which is much appreciated
Thus I should say that if you get their product, it would be backed by a wonderful team's support!
Update: they have excellent customer service, i have worked with Lincoln there who was able to find a solution for me! So from being a frustrated customer I'm not a much happier one!
Some things I'd like to mention that were not covered in the original review:
Handlebar: narrower than other scooters, so it's easier to navigate and store in a trunk, but you won't be able to attach accessories like cellphone holder.
Screen: fancy colour screen, unlike I've seen in other scooters. I Iike that it shows acceleration, i.e 1 green bar when going down the hill and green plus red when you are going up the hill.
Ringer: located on the left side, loud enough for people to hear
Front light: it shines brightly in front of you (some pedestrians complain if they are coming towards it at night), but not very far. Note: rear light is always in (which might be better for safety, but probably not for battery life).
Folding: it has a tight latch in front that secures the stem in standing position. I particularly like the inner tube inside that protects the wires that connect the handlebar with battery (some other scooters I have used had wires dameged due to poor design there). There is a little hook on the back of the stem that you'd need to lock with a metal part on the rear wheel, this is less easy than on other scooters but manageable.
Kickstand: stands well
Weight: not very heavy, about 18kg for a scooter with 500W is nice. I had to bring it up one flight of stairs and it was ok.
App: for connecting with the phone that some people had struggles i have figured the best way, you'd need to turn on BT anf GPS on your phone, then turn the scooter on, then the app would see and connect. You can change speed modes, turn the front light on/off, do firmware update (it didn't have updates recently), lock it (never had issues with it) and make some other changes. There was a map option, but it doesn't work/show local map.
They say there is no suspension on this model, but I didn't experience issues, driving was decent, maybe it was a little smoother on other scooters, but they performed worse in general. The wheels are air filled which would provide smoother ride, but it's less reliable than tubeless wheels (which on otger hand would give a more bumpy experience).
Packaging: box ontains a thin manual, spare tubes, 2 basic air pressure monitors and even 2 spare caps for the tubes.
Customer service: great, much better than Segway's (and their G30 Max model is way more expensive, so if you compare those 2, Hiboy S2 Max is a clear winner).
In the end I'd like to change my rating adding 3 stars for addressing my issue.
