VERY POOR PRODUCT AND TERRIBLE SOFTWARE
We have been working with this for over TWO HOURS - there is NO SUPPORT CHAT OR PHONE - you have to send an email and maybe someone will get back to you within 48 hours
It freezes "Unfortunately, Frameo has stopped", the other errors we get is "Keyboard has quit" and "Critical error" - it just keeps rebooting every time we try to select anything.
We have done all the unplugging, waiting 10 minutes, selecting the "Okay" 10 times, trying a different outlet etc.... several times
Perhaps we got a dud - however, there is no reason why these failing products should be sold - there is a process called testing that should take place - not to mention we are not in 1980's anymore and there should be a level of electronic quality by now! and better software!
Good luck to anyone who has wasted their money purchasing this
I am asking for a refund
