5.0 out of 5 starsIt does have a mux switch. It's called "ultimate" in the armory crate GPU mode section!

For the current price as I'm writing this, it's a great deal for the specs provided. The WQHD 165hz display is the icing on the cake. It runs everything on max settings. For starters, it does take 1 or 2 hours to do all the windows updates. My asus bios updates, GeForce driver update etc. The rgb lights are exceptional. And you have the option to set different layouts for lights, for keyboard or the side panels of the laptop base. On thing to note. I do have mine plugged in 95% of the time and I have my modes are silent with ultimate mode(mux switch) all the time cause I want gpu to be used at all times. During gaming, temperatures on avg for high quality gaming do reach 75 to 80 degrees (fairly normal). In some cases, I change the silent to performance or turbo for higher fan speed to reduce temperatures to roughly 70 degrees avg which is again fairly normal for gaming laptop standards. Every gaming laptop due to limited spacing compared to desktops, will have higher temperatures. If fan speed gets to loud which again is normal for gaming laptops, I suggest headphones, which I use as well, and you don't hear anything when gaming. The cool thing is you can switch between using internal GPU or the actual rtx 3060. On battery mode, you can switch to silent and standard mode, while at same time change refresh rate to anything lower than 165hz, in addition to lowering brightness. This will allow you maximize your productivity using on battery. Last thing to note, if you are mainly using this laptop plugged in, make sure to change charge battery option to max 80%, this can be found in my asus app. The idea here is the since you are always plugged in, then you don't want the battery at 100% while being charged constantly. This will wear down the battery a lot slower , increasing the battery life long term. For now this is it, if anything else , I'll add another comment. Hopefully these suggestions help you also. Overall this laptop for the price point on special deal and for my usage, it's a great option to pick up. In addition, I'm planning to add another stick of 16gb ram to make it 32gb. So that would a sweetener to an already beast of a laptop. Last thing, I don't know why the ratings feature include camera or touch screen lol. I mean it doesn't have a camera to begin with and no touchscreen. I feel like these ratings do not give justice to the actual laptop that is being offered here and the rating avg drops. The true elements should be speed, battery life, quality build, and gaming. From me it's all 5/5. My two cents.
