TV arrived as scheduled a couple of days after purchase. When I turned it on, no image was displayed. Instead, I could see what looked like cracks on the glass although there are no cracks. Probably a defective LED panel? Anyways, contacted Amazon and spoke to about A DOZEN costumer service people to try to get someone to pick up the TV at my apartment; however, it seems like Amazon wants me to carry a 65” TV to the post office and PAY TO RETURN A HUGE TV that is defective! After talking to a dozen Amazon employees, one of them told me someone would pick up the TV at my apartment in 1-3 business days. It’s been a week. Nobody showed up. Now I have a $1,000 broken TV sitting on my living room.
