1.0 out of 5 starsLooks rugged in the picture, lacks charge

Without even getting the opportunity to test the solar charging, I realize this flimsy power bank doesn’t hold the promised 20,000 charge capacity I paid for. The flimsy port cover won’t last long in real world use, nor will it keep moisture out. A quick glance through the instruction booklet warns against using this in environments where it might be exposed to moisture, so I guess I shouldn’t be using this at all where I live. I’m lucky if I get enough juice to charge my low-capacity iPhone SE once, while any power bank rated at 20,000 has been able to provide multiple charges and leave some left over to charge up a co-worker’s phone when I’m out in the field working those 15-18 hour film crew gigs. This won’t cut it. The manual references a power switch between the embedded flashlight bulbs, where there isn’t one. The dinky compass on the underside doesn’t really work, but you know since nothing is truly free, this “feature” only adds to the price tag. Prospective buyers: you don’t need the hassle of buying and returning this. Don’t encourage manufacturers to keep peddling cheap wares. This unit doesn’t provide anywhere near the 20,000 mAh promised. By returning it, I hope Amazon doesn’t just consign this to a landfill somewhere, but that’s not up to me. It does not and can not perform as advertised.
