Got this to replace an aging pair of Skullcandy bluetooth headphones.
I have to say, these JBLs are extremely comfortable. I use these for listening to music throughout my work day, as well as conferencing calling, and my ears just love the softness and comfort of the earcups.
Pairing via bluetooth is fairly straightforward, and once connected, it remains connected without a drop in connection as long as you are within range of the bluetooth source.
Sound quality is amazing; the highs and mids are immaculate, and the bass, though not as pronounced as my Skullcandies, is well defined and decent. Call quality for conference calls is quite good; callers come through very clearly, and they report the same as me for them.
My only gripe with these is that they turn off automatically after some period of time sitting idle, powered on, and connected to bluetooth. This can get annoying at times, as I'll have to ensure the headset is powered on prior to taking or making conference calls; my Skullcandies only powered off automatically if left on, but not connected to bluetooth, so I guess I got used to that. Thankfully, there is a blue LED that remains lit while powered on and connected to bluetooth, so a simple glance will tell you whether it's on or off; it's not the headphones, it's me, lol.
Charging is accomplished via USB C to USB A; included is a orange coloured cable, albeit a short one.
If you are looking for a good mix of great sound and call quality, I'd definitely recommend these.
