5.0 out of 5 starsGreat Stand

I didn't love the idea of buying any kind of stand -- after all, it's just...a stand, right? But after trying various DIY ideas that didn't work, I relented and gave this a try. And I'm glad I did!
I was surprised by the build quality, which is very good. The esthetics are also nice -- the surface where the monitor sits has nice curved edges, and the matte black doesn't reflect light (which is very important if you have a bright task light right next to your monitor like I do).
I have an Acer monitor with a stand that doesn't take up much room at all, and so I have plenty of real estate for other stuff -- my phone, pens, anything. There is also a lot of space beneath the monitor (I put a bluetooth speaker in there and it looks great).
I also like that the stand has 3 adjustment levels. At first I didn't think this was that big of a deal, but when I changed monitors (Dell to Acer) it came in extremely handy, as the Dell stand was much bigger (seriously, shouldn't these be standardized by now?).
Maybe the only thing that I wasn't expecting -- and this has nothing really to do with the stand, and as such doesn't impact my rating -- is that I'm a pretty 'hard' typist, and so when I'm really banging away the stand can wobble a little. But again, this is not a defect in the stand. I mention it just because if you're like me, then you should expect this (and prepare to learn to type a little bit 'lighter' which is probably a good thing anyway).
A great product and highly recommended.
