I would first like to complain about one of the 2 iPhone 12’s I ordered and received on May 25. I was having problems with the battery always dying on me so I decided to take the the Apple Store in Edmonton on Saturday August 26th. After several hours wasting my time they explained to me that the battery had swelled therefore separating my screen. So I asked if it could be fixed. They said they tried but could not get the battery out as it was glued in. So this phone was a waste of 555.00. And of course this happens after the return date is up. I am very disappointed as I had to purchase a brand new phone thru Freedom Mobile as I have an account with them. I would really like a response to this complaint for a full refund of the phone. What really upset me is that the phone could have easily exploded and started a fire.
