I see all the wonderful reviews on this 24 inch Samsung curved 2016 monitor, but when it arrived it was difficult to snap together, the monitor felt cheap for a Samsung, but I see all the Samsung monitors are like this now. The display angle can be adjusted, but the weak plastic on the back bends and I feel worried to adjust the angle of tilt and that it might break. The color is very budget, compared to my high quality AOC 32inch gaming monitor this monitor from Amazon, this monitor looks pretty low quality. I bought it for my mother and I also bought her a S5 Trigkey 5800H mini computer from Amazon which is great, I was looking for a good monitor for her eyes because she has poor eyesight and I will be sending this monitor back because I already ordered a year of manufacture, 2023
LG 24MR41A 23.8” Full HD IPS Monitor with AMD Free Sync and 100Hz Refresh Rate. I had doubts about the quality of LED displays and this Samsung curved monitor has bright spots noticeable on a white screen like when I am on Google or in an email program. IPS seems to be much better and its often on sale for the same price. I will avoid LED monitors in the future and I will be more careful to check the year of release before ordering. I do not want anything made in 2016 sitting on my mothers desk beside the latest model Trigkey mini computer. The border around the display on the Samsung seems pretty wide, the LG monitor I ordered is the same one sold at cost*o and the deal is better on amazon, that monitor came in a 2 pack for about $10 more a monitor. IPS over LED is better clarity. Samsung monitors are very budget quality. Amazon has better budget monitors if you look carefully. The monitor came in a nicely packaged box, smaller, thinner box than expected.
