Just purchased these (25L). The bags are made of high quality material, highly durable and water proof/resistant. The bags are easy to fold closed and buckle shut. All clamps on the back can be moved around to fit the rack you have. I was able to get them to fit my ibera rack. Bags are large enough to fit large lap top, work books, water bottles, change of clothes, etc. These are perfect for my needs and the product exceeds my expectations. If you're looking for durable, high quality, and spacious pannier bags look no further. I highly recommend.
As a side note: if the bags are not fully filled they don't look ridiculously large. A fashionable plus!

Attachment is too fragile!

One of the latches broke within a few months of use. Attachment was quite easy and solid initially but now it's fiddly and unreliable. I've repaired with epoxy, but have grave doubts it'll last, and may have to replace the panniers. I see at least one other review reports the same issue.
Otherwise...
Pros: Great capacity, excellent weather protection-I ride year round do this is critical.
Cons: internal organization is quite limited, the buckle to close them is very close to the strap which provides the only attachment point for a light. Can't adjust the closure buckles at all to close them as a larger or smaller package.

Thule came through with a strong set of materials and design for these mid range prices panniers. I got the large so as to carry gear or groceries and they are full capacity bags. The built in net pockets are handy for small stuff like a wallet or phone or a tablet. Reflective decals and easy on easy off are the other other notable features I like.

These Thule bags are really nice.....and big. Enormous really. And they are very easy to slip off and on the bike. Which is great if you want to have a bag that you can slip off and then slip on again. If you want to leave your bags on the bike they are a worry as I didn't think they would still be there when I got bak to the bike. Not cheap and too easy to take away so I returned them. Also bigger than I needed. Seem like great bags though but not for me.

It's a nice, sleek, roomy pannier, complete with the reflective branding on the sides for night riding. But the expensive price makes me think twice about using it because I'm afraid of it getting nicked.

Clipping Mechanism Needs Improvement

Just back from a 6-day ride with these pannier bags. The bags themselves are great. Certainly waterproof and rugged material. We didn't camp, which means I only had clothes and food to carry. The bags were plenty big enough for that.
Within the first 10km on bumpy terrain one bag fell off 3 times! I have to partially take some of the blame. It seems that I was able to clip in one bag just fine, but not the other. On my fourth try I seem to finally have gotten it right, since the bag did not fall off again for the remaining 590km. I do think that Thule can improve the clipping mechanism so that this can't happen in the first place.

These are really high quality bags. They fit really well on my front rack. Unfortunately they were shipped without the bottom pieces and the company will not have them back in stock for 5 months. Kind of annoying.
