I like the product but ring support is just terrible. They have this weird verification process that's supposed to be linked to your Amazon account that never works so you have to unlink your amazon account every time. I've had to call them 7x this year so it is very annoying. There is no email or online support, only phone. Also, I've been waiting for my free faceplate delivery for 7 months now and a power supply replacement for 3 months. They still haven't even shipped it. Every time I call them they just tell me they will "expedite" but continue to ignore it. Luckily these two items are not critical but I've lost faith in them completely.
Edit: In response to this review, the Ring support team reached out to me and finally resolved my delivery issues. Furthermore, it seems the verification issues have also been resolved. It is a shame it took a dissatisfied review for Ring to escalate this issue to someone who was actually able to solve the problem. The representative who contacted me stated his purpose was also to improve and train staff as necessary so that things like this wouldn't happen again. It seems that at least they are trying to improve.
