I purchased the BLAVOR Solar Power Bank at the beginning of June, and I was impressed by its solid durable design. It has the capability to fully recharge my iPhone multiple times over 6 days before reaching 25% charge capacity. I could top up my phone during the day, and then fully charge my phone overnight. The power bank’s smart technology would never overcharge the phone due to its ability to shut off within minutes of providing a full recharge. During the week I would simply expose the solar power bank to daylight, and then fully charge the device on the weekend. I used the BLAVOR power bank everyday for 5 weeks without any issues, and then one afternoon the device became unresponsive shortly after connecting it to my phone. My phone displayed an “Unknown USB Device” error message on the lock screen, and the solar power bank was unable to display any status or charge capacity LED lights; even though, it was at 75% charge capacity prior to connecting it to my phone. That evening I contacted support@blavor.com, and within an hour a customer support agent named Winnie sent a reply. After a few back to back emails, Winnie had already authorized a replacement solar power bank to be shipped to me. Within 3 business days I received the replacement power bank, and so far no issues. My overall experience with BLAVOR has been positive; even though, I needed to replace the power bank after a short period of time. But knowing there are prompt and exceptional customer service agents at BLAVOR that will make things right has made me want to continue buying BLAVOR products in the future. I would recommend using BLAVOR devices.
