3.0 out of 5 starsRear light NOT bright enough for day use. May be "Amazon's Choice" but it shouldn't be yours.

Pros:
- Front light is VERY bright, compact, and doubles as flashlight, last at least 5.5 hours in strobe mode (longest ride I've used it on so far).
- Price is tough to beat.
Cons:
- Back light NOT anywhere near bright enough. I switched back to an old 2xAAA battery powered Planet Bike Superflash Turbo rear light (https://amzn.to/3uNTu1N) that I bought in 2014 and it is much brighter with the added advantage that you can carry extra batteries in your seat bag.
- Overall fit and finish of the back light also feels a bit cheap. I suspect they had to cut cost somewhere as the front light is quite good.
- The waterproof rubber doors on the charge ports work but can be a bit finicky to close.
If this was available for purchase as just the headlight or if they significantly upgrade the rear it would be worth it. Otherwise I would give it a pass. The best use of the back light is probably as a back up but even then only at night when it would appear brighter.
Notice that the brightness of the rear light isn't described anywhere, even though the they are also sold separately ( https://amzn.to/3fNnUgv ) they are simply described as "ULTRA BRIGHT" which they most definitely are not. Probably better to stick with something that actually lists the lumens.
