If you want any kind of customer service, avoid this company at all costs. I put the chip in my unlocked phone, registered it, got a number and everything. It doesn’t work. I tried to reach out to customer service, but no such thing exists, only chat bots.
In order to get a reply to a specific question you have to log in to your account & send a message, and hope you get a reply. Unfortunately for me, the app keeps telling me I didn’t enter the right email, so I can’t log into my account. Which is very strange because my registration details were sent to the same email.
I hate this mobile company, hate that I wasted $ and most importantly my time. I have replaced my credit card to avoid being charged for services I’m not using.
