I always get an extended warranty on electronics, it’s like insurance. You never know if you need it but if you ever do it’s there. Haven’t had to use it, hope I don’t.

This company promotes that they will often process your claim “within minutes”. I am now on day 20 and have been told that they only process claims on Saturdays which means I will be a minimum of 24 days waiting for a response… who knows if that will even happen. What happened to the concept of under promise and over deliver?

I ended up returning the keyboard that I had bought (the item covered by this protection plan) and therefore I didnt need the protection plan any longer. I contacted Asurion requesting a cancellation and a refund. They responded within 5 min with approval for a refund. Couldn't have been an easier transaction. If need be in the future, I will definitely purchase the 3 year protection plan that Asurion provides

I was charged twice AFTER I purchased the instrument. I think the issued is resolved at this time but I am awaiting my next bank statement. I called Asurion but they were not able to help me, then called another insurance company which I identified and was assured I will not be charged again.

They won't deliver the email for warranty.

I've tried several times to have them send me the promised email as advertised. I never received anything. When I asked them for the warranty email they keep sending the same response, that the warranty is sent even though it us not. If it's that hard to get an email, it must be painful to try and get the coverage paid for. Save your money!
