2 analog oscillators with an analog filter and cross mod. Worth.

You can tune the oscillators to make some pretty fat signals. It's tricky but possible. Also the pitch of osc 2 increases the xmod rate even if it's set to only run one oscillator which is pretty cool. There's a ton of sounds you can make with this. Super smooth risers with the potentiometer strip. Basses and modulated effects.

If you plug this into your daw and tinker with it you can slice some good samples. It's limited in what it can do outside of that but it is 100% usable for making interesting music.

Very cheaply made - super lightweight plastic that I’m afraid to drop on the floor or squeeze too hard. It does make some interesting sounds in headphones, but the 1/8” jacks make it hard to integrate with my other equipment without buying specialty cables. We’ll see how it fares over time.

So far, I love my Korg Monotron Delay, it's portable, produce great sounds for the price it cost, it's fun to play with, it's easy to use and great for beginner producer that want to learn more about their craft. I find analogue hardware to be really the best for beginner (also for professional producer as analogue often offer sounds that cannot be 100% replicated with DAW) to learn about electronic music production has those machine are way more intuitive! So far I love all my Korg products, they offer the best bang for your bucks 😁😎

So. Many. Sounds.
This thing rocks, it can make death grips sounds and simple bleep bloop noises,
And as an added bonus, the filter is hooked up to the aux input, so technically you can run anything through it. This thing is a sweet deal for guitar players too. if you've got cables that fit, you can use the filter in your guitar rig, just watch you don't turn the peak up too high. Cool for recording intros for punk songs with filtered guitar sounds.

Was a little disappointed it was an open package, but it was on sale for almost half price so to be expected (that's why 4 stars instead of 5). I like that it switches between chromatic, major, minor, and fluid at a touch of a button. I find it most fun in minor. Chromatic is a challenge as it's tough to hit the little black keys squarely. Found a nice sweet spot between the oscillators, and I switch to one oscillator for a lower tone variety. Makes some nice little wubwubs if you fade in the cutoff knob. Also had to find the sweet spot for cutoff and peak, otherwise it clicks when you remove your finger. I also like that you can connect another device through aux in, even if you can only control cutoff and peak. Over all it's lots of fun, and was very much worth the price I paid. You really can't find a handheld true analog synth for cheaper than this little guy

This is my favorite analog synth purchase. The ribbon arp and wave are nice but the delay is really where it's at, it has audio in so you can manipulate the delay and feedback levels in real time and make some extremely cool sounds, analog builds. It sounds great applied to simple drum loops and analog sounds like simple square waves etc. So fun to jam on If I was buying my synth toys all over again, I love em all but this would be the first one I'd buy. So much fun.

I make music on a pc all the time, this thing though is refreshing. Just sit around making squeeling noises for hours. Completely worth it, as an inspiration device, or as an effect. The delay is noisey, but it's easy enough to use NR or EQ live etc. You won't be mad you bought it.

It's pretty cool so far. I bought it for making dub effects/samples. Once I saw the build I feel like it's overpriced. I expected a stronger chasis and build for $80 +. It kinda feels like a toy. I've had guitar tuners that seem stronger. I would say a more fair price would be more like $60 tops. Overall it's pretty cool and it'll come in handy and provide some cool sounds. I don't regret buying it, but that is my honest review.
