I bought two of these and while the chair is generally good - one of the chairs (must've been a returned item) had a fault screw hole (the screw wont stay in) so the back rest isn't secure and can lead to a back ache.

Easy to follow instructions. After fixing arms to the seat and seat to the base, the final assembly is to fit the back to the arms. The alignment didn't look good and I had to bend arms inward to line up bolts. Whilst during this one of the two bolts holding one arm to the seat pulled out and could not be re-screwed in (presumably because the thread had been damaged. Despite this the seat works well and is comfortable.
UPDATE: Following the review above the sellers generously refunded my money but let me keep the chair, which is still working well with one bolt missing.

Unfortunately, the back of the chair got broken in transit( no fault of the manufacturer). I contacted the seller immediately with photos. The customer service person was very polite and professional- rendered an apology and gave a compensation fee. Not just that, they went above and beyond and shipped a new part of the chair which was broken just as they had promised.

To be honest, both my husband and I were very astonished at the excellent customer service and the diligence to ensure customer satisfaction. It’s almost a month of usage and the chair is strong, of good quality, lightweight ( easy to move around) and supports the back well.

I couldn’t be any happier.

Thank you to the seller for replacing what was not their fault😊. I highly recommend this product.

I wouldn’t want to sit in it all day, but for a cheap office chair it’s fine. The castors run nicely, even over a low pile carpet.
A bit of a beast to assemble though, fiddly it certainly is… lining up the screws and so on!
Top tip: don’t tighten up the arm screws, leave them relatively loose, otherwise you can’t get the back piece to fit! Screw them in tightly once you have the back piece fitted.
