I bought this Foundation because the reviews for fairly positive, and to try it out because of the price. It is a medium coverage, so not quite as much coverage as I am used to but the tone matched well and it covered decently. The smell of it is a little bit strong for me, but I imagine it will just take some getting used to. The cap does not twist on and off, you just have to pull it. I know that's not a big deal, but that took a bit of getting used to also. Overall though, it is a good product for the price for sure.

This foundation performs far better than many products at 5 times the price. I recently ordered a few different product from the e.l.f line and have quickly become a fan.
This foundation provides coverage that evens the skin tone without appearing heavy. Very natural looking and doesn’t settle into fine lines like many foundations do. It has a soft, lovely fragrance. I am going to order another in a shade darker for my summer skin tone. Highly recommend.

What I love about this foundation is the color match. I find it really difficult to get my exact shade and this foundation was perfect. In the photos I tried to show the consistency as you apply, begin to blend, and then the final result. This foundation is super easy to blend, doesn't dry too quickly and it feels very lightweight. It gives medium to full coverage in my opinion, especially if you layer it.
The only issue I have is that if you do not wear primer (I don't use it everyday) it will literally melt off your face. I have combination skin and I found it would stick to drier areas and melt off in oily areas. Also if you wear sunglasses, it would always leave foundation separation marks on the bridge and sides of my nose which I hated.
If you want a simple foundation with no need for primer, this is not the one for you. I wanted to loved it but the separation issues and the fact it was kind of patchy on dry areas is a no for me. I've found other better foundations so I will not be repurchasing. Also there is a scent, I don't mind it, it's kind of like a vintage smelling fragrance, but if you're sensitive to smell, this may bother you.

It has a light, sheer, skin like coverage which is exactly what I am looking for. This is a very good foundation for the price. A little goes a long way, it’s very smooth and fairly light with good coverage of minor flaws. Unfortunately, the shade I chose is too yellow for me and Amazon only carries 6 shades in this line. I am definitely going to try another shade, one with neutral undertones but will have to order from elsewhere

I’ve spent so much money on costly foundations. None have been perfect. I’m almost seventy and have tried the foundations for aging skin but none were that great. On a whim, I decided to try this, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I got two shades and still need one with a little more color but that’s not a problem. This makeup is so light and sheer, and doesn’t settle into lines, fine or otherwise. I found that I can take concealer off my list because this covers all I need, Eve dark circles, and does it better than anything else. There’s no caking, the foundation is buildable, and feels like silk. My face is so soft, it feels like I’m wearing nothing at all. I use the lighter color to conceal and illuminate without having anything shiny. I don’t need that type of illumination. If you’re looking for medium to heavier coverage this probably isn’t for you, but it covers and corrects (how, I don’t know) everything I need. Dark circles are truly gone without looking like I did something to cover those up. This is my new best friend. I’m not good with sponges but never used them before. I’ll probably stick with brushes. But everything I need is in two bottles of this, and I’ve spent a third or more in getting one bottle that’s disappointing. Highlights, foundation, concealer - for under $20. My face feels like silk! One negative thing is that it’s not boxed and comes dropped into a lightly padded mailer bag. Both bottles came ‘battle damaged,’ big chunks off the thick part of the bottom of each. Fortunately it didn’t break through so as long as they don’t get another ding on those places I can live with that. What a great find! I’ll be buying more products from e.l.f, definitely abs without question. One shade a bit darker and I’m set. My face is so soft, and I look like I’m wearing nothing but a little blush, eyebrow color and lipstick. Extraordinarily pleased. This is the best foundation I’ve ever used! Concealer, foundation and highlighter in two or three bottles for less than a foundation in anything else. e.l.fantastic!

I bought this product for an evening event, I wore it over the elf halo glow, I didn't wear a primer, but I did use a setting spray, so wasn't sure how well this would last. The makeup was still looking good when I took it off, it had gone ever so slightly cakey around the nose area, however nothing noticeable. Despite dodgy online shade matching in the past, this foundation was a perfect shade match, and not at all orange.
