Needs a Case, is better than past model. Hard to Recommend in Canada.
2 things to note about this e-reader if you live in Canada.1) Audiable Books are not available to listen to on this e-reader, and there is no work around2) There is no Overdrive support so no library books for you.---- Review ----This is another 6" Kindle, though unlike last years, it has a much, much better display resolution that will actually let you read Comics/Manga on it. The display also refreshes about as fast as this years paperwhite too, and feels as responsive.But it's everything you'd expect and want out of a kindle. I do wish that amazon adds in Overdrive support so I can read library books on my e-reader. Or at a bare minimum Adobe Digital Editions so I can read my Kobo and Google Play books on it. Guess I can be happy the you can read DRM Free Books without adding an account.For the price and the convince this is a Good Kindle. I'd just recommend that you get a case for it. Whether you make one from a Kit like I did, or get the cheap plasticy/pleather ones from Amazon.
