Q: Why is there only one short tube in my package? Is the extension tube missing?

A: You can adjust the length of tube when you are pushing the button.

Q: Why does the vacuum cleaner get hot?

A: This vacuum cleaner is corded and equipped with a 500W motor. It is normal for the main body to start to get warm after about 20 minutes of use. Therefore, we recommend that you take a break after 20 minutes of use and wait for the machine to cool down before using it again.

Q: Why does my vacuum stop working when it gets hot?

A: This vacuum cleaner is equipped with a motor protection thermostat, so if the motor overheats with continuous use, the vacuum will shut off. There is a second possibility. The problem of the machine heating up and not working for a short period of time is caused by the clogging of the garbage in the filters. You need to clean the HEPA and sponge filters promptly.

I'm shocked it works as well as it does considering the low cost! But it works very well on my laminate flooring and ceramic flooring. It is also great for the car to get in the tight spots! Has great suction power...not as good as me but hey! 😉 Easy to assemble and put on attachments. So easy to clean out too!! Long cord. I can basically do my whole upstairs in one go without changing outlets. The only thing that kind suck is the way the cord winds up? I'm not sure how it's supposed to? I just wrap it around the vacuum itself. Also comes with a bracket to hang the vacuum!Would definitely recommend!

It was an easy assemble item and just used it once so far and has a great sucktion power to do the job ..works on my hardwood floor and the diffrent noozles they provide are convenient for smaller space.

Not too loud and emptying the dust is soo easy.
Light weight also I would say as compared to other vacumm I used which is super heavy when used for a long time ..this one is a nice weight.
Minimalist size for easy storage as well.

It is as describe so far, hoping it last.
Specially for the price paid, good deal for such a powerful Vacuum. Not gonna lie, works better than my dyson 🤣

I've had this vacuum for 2 years now and have had no issues. It still has great suction and my floors are clean. I had previously owned a canister vac that I got at walmart about 20 years ago, so this was a definite upgrade. And I love not having to check the bag regularly to make sure it didn't explode inside the canister - I just dump it every time and occasionally clean the filter. Easy peasy.
Is it as good as a Dyson? Probably not. But for a single woman (no kids or pets in the house), it has worked perfectly. My only issue is that the wall mount only holds 2 of the 3 extra heads - which is hardly an issue. I just stuck the extra in the cabinet with the cleaning supplies.
Would definitely buy again.

I loved this vacuum (and even sent the link to friends who asked about it). It worked great, then today (only six months later), it randomly stopped working even though I took care of it, didn’t let it clog, and maintained the filter. With the cheap price I wouldn’t last as long as a higher end vacuum, but I still feel as though it should have lasted more than 6 months.

With two large breed dogs, I am constantly cleaning. I like my Dyson very much, and it was worth what I paid for it. However, it is big, loud, and a chore to pull out. That's why this stick vacuum is such a great addition to my cleaning tools.

This stick vacuum has amazing suction for a portable. With the powered cleaning heads it works very well to pick up dag fur, dog food, and other dirt and debris my dogs somehow spread around the house each and every day. The stick vacuum allows me to clean up spots and issues as they arise.

This little portable stick vacuum is not designed to take the place of a full size, full power vacuum cleaner. It is designed to allow you to clean, between major cleanings, and at that, it excels in every way which I can imagine.

The light on the front is very bright and very useful. With no light on the front of the Dyson, I didn't think I would need it, but it sure comes in handy spotting that little bit of dust or debris I might have otherwise overlooked.

I love the fact that this unit has a trigger lock. I tried out the much more expensive Dyson hand-held units, and not having that feature was something I thought they were lacking. It might not seem like a big deal, but after 20 minutes of holding that button down non stop, you quickly realize you need one.

I also like the floor station this vacuum comes with (though it does not have a space for the small power brush). Not everyone wants to hang their vacuum from the walls like a weird piece of modern art sculpture. The floor docking station allows you to tuck the vacuum out of sight when not in use. In a small space, this is a big positive.

I am stunned by how much this little vacuum can actually pick up. Gotta keep your eye on that little tank it has. If you are not careful, you can overfill it very quickly. Not because it is too small, but because you just don't realize how much it is actually picking up. It is easy to empty, and very easy to take apart and clean. Looking at the Dyson hand-held units I feel like I'd need some lessons before trying to clean them.

The final big positive for this stick vacuum is how quiet it is. On its normal setting I can clean all over without the cats losing their minds, and it doesn't seem to lose performance. On the max setting it certainly ramps up the power and the volume. Fortunately, it is not common that something in my house is so dirty that it requires that extra oomph this machine is capable of. Though, on full power I feel it is at least as powerful as most full size vacuum cleaners.

The battery life is very good for what it is. Cleaning with the power brush on, and running at normal power, I can clean for over 20 minutes. You get about half that time if you are running at full power. Because this machine is not meant to be the only vacuum cleaner in the house, that is plenty of time. Though I have to admit, it is so convenient and (believe it or not) fun to use this vacuum, that you will be looking for more and more to clean. You'll break it out to clean up a little spot in the corner and before you know it, you've done the whole living room and are moving down the hall and up the stairs to the bedrooms.

This little stick vacuum is very well built, very well thought out, easy to use, actually nice to look at, and most of all, it REALLY performs like a champ.

Once again, I say, do not buy this if this is going to be your only vacuum cleaner (unless you live in a RV, Camper trailer, or a tiny home). Buy this vacuum for keeping your home clean between major cleaning days. You won't be disappointed.
