Had to get a longer cable for one of my monitors, since a 6ft one just wouldn't cut it. This works great! Nothing negative of note to mention since the cord works just like an average one would.
I'd say the only "downside" is the braided nature of the cord makes it to where it will kind of keep its form which could be a negative for some people! Overall, I don't mind so this purchase was well-worth the low price!
