I started collecting colostrum about a week or two before my son was born, and I’m so glad I did. My son spent a few nights in the NICU and I gave the nurses my colostrum for when I couldn’t be there (I also have a toddler). You get 6 containers, labels, a soft cloth, and a box to put everything in.
Note: Now that we’re long past the colostrum days, I’ve repurposed the box to store our sterilized pacifiers.
