Purchased this phone brand new in April 2021 and stopped working in Aug. 2021 - just right after the warranty period. Took it to local store and suspected to be the battery problem but the replacement battery is not available both USA and Canada. Too expensive to own this phone.

After compliant to vendor, here is what the vendor responded. Opening the back plate is required to insert the SIM card and the vendor called it 'disassembled'. What a terrible response?

The specific reason is known only after the machine is disassembled. You can take it to a nearby cell phone repair shop to check it out.
